1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing time may slightly extend.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹1000 – ₹100 shipping charge

  • Orders ₹1000 and above – Free Shipping across India

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible pin codes.

  • Nirvan Jewels reserves the right to restrict COD on certain orders.

  • Customers are requested to ensure availability at the time of delivery.

Repeated order refusals may result in restriction of COD access for future purchases.

5. Prepaid Orders

We encourage prepaid orders for faster processing and smoother delivery.

Any applicable prepaid benefits (if running at the time) will be visible at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email/SMS

  • Real-time updates from the courier partner

If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

7. Delivery Issues

If:

  • Your package is marked delivered but not received

  • The package appears tampered

  • There is visible external damage

Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We recommend recording an unboxing video for safety purposes.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
