Return Policy

At Nirvan Jewels, we design each piece with care and intention. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

1. Return Window

Returns or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

A return will be accepted only if:

• The product is unused and unworn

• All original packaging, tags, and seals are intact

• The item is not damaged or altered by the customer

• The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

⚠ Earrings and pierced jewellery items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Reason for return

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

• The product must be securely packed to prevent damage.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange pickup at no additional cost.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned product:

• It will undergo quality inspection.

• If approved, refund or exchange will be processed.

• If rejected (due to usage or damage), the product will be shipped back to you.
